These terms cover the Faro waitlist and the Faro service while it's in beta. By joining the waitlist you agree to them.
What Faro is
Faro is an autonomous agent that represents candidates and surfaces relevant roles. It is not a recruiter, a job board, or a guarantee of employment. We work for candidates, not hiring companies.
Beta service
Faro is in active development and is provided "as is". Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn, and we don't promise any particular outcome, match, or availability.
Pricing
Faro is free during beta. Any future premium tier will always be paid by the candidate, never by hiring companies. We'll be clear about pricing before anything is charged.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate details, use Faro lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. The contact details you share should be your own.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Faro is not liable for any loss arising from use of the beta service, including missed opportunities or decisions made based on information we surface.
